RODUCTION PROCESS
Working Principle:
As the vessel glides forward, the advanced cutting device expertly slices through waterweeds, targeting
roots or stems with precision.
Once cut, the aquatic vegetation is seamlessly moved to the rear by a sophisticated rotating cutting disc
or a specialized weed-pulling mechanism.
Conveyor Belt System: Our innovative conveyor belt system, equipped with either a chain plate or rake-
toothed conveyor, efficiently lifts the severed waterweeds from the surface or depths and transports them
to the centralized collection tank aboard the hull.
Collection and Compression: The spacious collection tank holds the harvested waterweeds, and on larger
vessels, integrated compression devices enhance storage capacity by compacting the load.
Unloading: Once full, the collection tank utilizes hydraulic lifting, tipping, or bottom door opening to
effortlessly transfer waterweeds to transport vehicles, barges, or designated shore-side stacking points.
